1. Their breakeven in £’s per year, month, week, day

2. Their breakeven in terms of activity as above

3. The level of activity that is required to achieve their annual profit/cash target.

4. They will have a forecast that starts with the level of activity and ends with the change in cash balances. The forecast will be capable of manipulation so that it is possible to predict the year end position, part the way through the year.

5. They will have a plan of what they are trying to achieve that year and an outline of the actions to get there

6. They will understand the actions that are critical to achieving that plan

7. They should expect help from Ducketts with those actions

8. They will have a dashboard of financial and non financial information to monitor the performance of the business monthly

9. They will have an accounting system that is reliable and is able to produce meaningful financial reports when required by the owners.

10. That Ducketts will promote their business whenever possible

11. Unlimited access to the Duckett team
